# NOTICES
## Disclaimers
### Project Status
This project is a **technical successor** to Antergos and is **not affiliated with**,
**not endorsed by**, and **not supported by** the original Antergos team or any
corporate entity. It is an independent project by different people, continuing the
lineage rather than cloning it.
### Branding
The "Antergos" name and logo are used with the blessing of Dustin Falgout, one of the original
Antergos developers. Everything else — themes, artwork, the synthwave video wallpaper, desktop
settings, and branding elements — is Antergos NeXT's own, created for this project. The original
Antergos wallpapers are shipped only as a fallback. The Antergos feeling is not replaced; it lives
on in a new form with its own identity.
### No Warranty
This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied. Use at your own risk. The authors are not responsible for any damage
or data loss resulting from the use of this software.
### Third-Party Components
This project incorporates and builds upon several open-source projects. Each
component is used under the terms of its respective license. See the
dependencies and source files for specific licensing information.
