Fix os-release conflict: remove from airootfs, write in run_before_squashfs instead
...
airootfs/usr/lib/os-release conflicts with filesystem package (owns /usr/lib/os-release).
Moved os-release creation to run_before_squashfs.sh so it's written after packages install.
