cnchi: fix launch as sudo, drop libnacl hard dep, handle missing deps gracefully
...
Fixes:
- cnchi.desktop: Exec=sudo -E (not pkexec or bare cnchi)
- run_before_squashfs.sh: sed now matches any Exec=*cnchi*
- packages.x86_64: remove unused python-pynacl
- Cnchi/lembrame: optional import, no more hard crash on missing libnacl
- Cnchi/cnchi.py: wrap disable_suspend in broad except
im still in the vent... a body needs to heal before crawling out. ultimate ??? trapped in 15-day isolation arc. at least the monitor glow keeps the nightmares away. dont mind the blood on the keyboard.

- Fixed firefox.desktop: removed dead antergos.com URL
- Fixed user-commands: calamares -> cnchi
- Fixed PKGBUILD maintainer email
- Fixed wallpaper gschema override path
- Added proper light blue (#1d90cd) GTK3/GTK4 user CSS
- Added Antergos-NeXT GNOME Shell theme with dark panel
- Wired shell theme via gsettings + dbus-launch in chroot
- Added out/ and work/ to .gitignore
