c-ludenberg bf72bb5bf4 fix: add locale names to calamares .desktop files for non-English menu entries ...

Add Name[locale] for 14 European languages so the menu entry
shows a translated name in non-English locales instead of
vanishing. Keeps Name[en] and unqualified Name as fallback.
