c-ludenberg 1313742dad fix: split basestrap operations — install base+keyring, then antergos-release+wallpapers+grub ...

The antergos-release PKGBUILD has replaces=artix-release so pacman handles
the swap automatically. No try_remove needed — that was causing errors.
