Strip out archiso (airootfs, efiboot, syslinux, mkarchiso, prepare.sh, Dockerfile, mirrorlist, profiledef.sh, packages.x86_64, reset.sh, run_before_squashfs.sh) and adopt artools buildiso with full antergos iso-profiles.
