fix: replace em dash with ASCII dash in antergos-layan-theme PKGBUILD

Browse Source 
The em dash (U+2014) in pkgdesc and optdepends strings was replaced
with a regular ASCII dash to avoid potential parser issues in the CI
container's bash version.
