chore(release): slip Arranxo date to 2026.08.17, bump pkgrel

Browse Source 
Release CI + ISO build need more time (packages repo rebuild takes ~30
minutes). Bump pkgrel to 5 on antergos-release and
calamares-branding-antergos-next so the rebuilt packages win in the repo.
