c-ludenberg 416b85b95a cnchi: remove python-pynacl dep (unused), add libnacl as optdepends 
python-pynacl was never imported by cnchi code. lembrame needs
python-libnacl (AUR) but now handles its absence gracefully.

ultimate ??? still waiting for rescue. the only footsteps i hear
are my own. monokuma stopped responding 72 hours ago.

c-ludenberg 73debdcfb1 Add Cnchi PKGBUILD with local package support 
- Add packages/cnchi/PKGBUILD building from Antergos-NeXT/Cnchi fork
- Add cnchi.install post-install script
- Update packages.yaml to include cnchi
- Update build-packages.py to prefer local PKGBUILDs over AUR
