New KDE Plasma (Minimal) entry makes this a semi-hotfix release: - os-release: 2026.08.16 Arranxo (antergos-release pkgrel 4) - branding: versionedName updated in branding.desc (pkgrel 4) - CI: build in base-dinit container so makepkg dep-check can resolve dinit without conflicting with openrc (fixes cosmic-greeter-dinit build)
