c-ludenberg d5381b6885 fix: add replaces=('artix-release') to antergos-release PKGBUILD ...

Without replaces=(), pacman sees the conflict with artix-release
but doesn't know to replace it, causing error code 1 during online
install when packages module tries to install packaging from
[antergos-pkgs] repo. Bump pkgrel 1 -> 2.
