Update social media links and UI elements

Browse Source 
Replaced the Twitter icon with X and updated related URLs.
Made several XML property adjustment within the `manjaro-hello.glade` file.
Updated the readme language files to reflect the correct urls for forum.
Moved AUT link to bottom of link list
