The welcome app checked /run/miso/bootmnt/antergos-next to detect
live ISO, but the NeXT ISO uses archiso standard /run/archiso/bootmnt.
Changed live_path to /run/archiso/bootmnt which always exists on
archiso-based live environments.

Reorganized and added new applications to multiple categories in `default.json`, including Browsers, Email, Office Suites, and more.
