mbpfan: update to 2.4.0, adopt

Tested on MacBookPro 11,5 with linux6.12

Homepage and distfiles now redirect to https://github.com/linux-on-mac/mbpfan

README.voidlinux removed as mbpfan no longer has a -t flag
